Below you will learn about the Expectations, How To's and the Referral Bonus Program.

Short Overview of what is Expected of You as an Affiliate of Zubda Publications

1. The Money

• Commission rate is calculated on net sale, this doesn't include the shipping cost.
• Cookie window 90-days
• When and how you get paid: On the first week of every month you will get paid, but the minimum threshold will be Rs. 1,000/- unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Commissions aren't final until the refund/chargeback window passes. Check out our Refund Policy
• The 10% commission only counts on store items excluding Talent of Pakistan artwork or literature, unless the artist or author agree to allow you to promote their work. 
  

2. What counts as a valid sale

A Qualified Purchase is a transaction that:

• originates through an approved affiliate link,
• is correctly tracked,
• is fully paid,
• is not fraudulent,
• is not cancelled,
• is not refunded,
• is not charged back,
• complies with the Agreement
• remains outside the Company's refund period.

*Only Qualified Purchases generate commissions.

3. The short "do's and don'ts." Full prohibited list is at the bottom of the page.

• No bidding on our brand name in paid search
• No spam (email/SMS/DMs)
• No fake discounts, fake urgency, or coupon-site tricks
  
• Disclosure required (FTC-style "I earn a commission" language) on every post
• One account per person
• If you are suspected of anything we have full right to remove you from the program and you will be asked to pay for the damages done.

4. How approval and enforcement work

• Applications are reviewed, not automatic
• Violations can mean forfeited commissions or removal of affiliate accounts

• Typo domains

• Fake coupon sites
• Fake reviews and testimonials
• AI-generated fake customer experiences

• Friends and family abuse (point is to spread the word about the website)

• VPN and location manipulation
• Duplicate customer fraud

• Incentivized purchases (unless expressly allowed)
• Reselling solely to earn commissions

• Bot traffic
• Traffic purchased from click farms
• Spam (email, SMS, messaging apps, or social media)
• Misleading medical, financial, or performance claims
• Unauthorized discounts
• Price manipulation
• Trademark misuse
• Unauthorized use of your logos or branding
• Reverse engineering of affiliate links
• Manipulation of tracking systems
• Commission disputes after a defined claim period
• Abuse of recurring commissions

All affiliates are required to have social channels or websites. We don't have a follower threshold as of yet. 

Understanding the Affiliate Program

Affiliate Links and Discount Codes

When you join the Zubda Publications Affiliate Program you get your own discount codes and links, which can be added to your statuses or stories to generate sales and commissions for you. These are accessible on the affiliate dashboard. 

Payout Status section on the Dashboard

On the bottom of the dashboard you will see how many commissions are pending, approved or paid. Don't forget to add a payout method, as seen in the example above.

• Pending: Order has come through, but we are still waiting for payment from the customer and for the refund/chargeback window to pass.
• Approved: This is the amount you have collected so far, which will be sent to you at the beginning of the next month if you have collected Rs. 1000/-.
• Paid: This is the amount you have received already as payout.

Performance chart on the Dashboard

At the top of this performance chart you have the following sections:

• Sales: How many sales have been generated via your links/discount codes.
• Orders: The amount of orders.
• Click: How many clicks on the links you have provided
• Commissions: How much money you have made. This will be 10% of the Sales Total.

The Performance chart will display a line graph showing how many orders you made on that particular day. At the top of the graph you can change the time period shown. 

Product Links Tab

1. On the left hand column are the product links. Where every product on the store has its own link designed for your affiliate account. Type in what you are looking for in the search bar. 

2. Find a product you like and click on "Get Link".

3. A window will open up with the product link, an option to shorten it, a chance to share directly on social media, even an QR code to download.

This will be your personalized link, now highlight the name of the product and go to the store and paste it in the search box.

4. Once you find the product click on it to go directly to the product page. From here click on the image to save it to your device, this photo is what you can also use to share on your social media or create an ad for.

5. Last step is to post the picture, with the link you copied and add your personal discount code too. 

Using Media Provided

1.Click on Media in the left hand panel of your Affiliate Dashboard

On the left hand column is the 'Media' tab. Here will be videos or product photos that we create and provide for you to share on your social media, saving you time in creating nice posts. 

When a customer orders through your link or uses your code they will get 10% off and you will get a 10% commission on the total order (not including shipping).

Now if followers click on the link, you will get 'clicks' if someone orders that product through you then you will get 'sales'. Once that order is created and dispatched to the customer the order amount will show as pending commissions.

If a refund happens then the commission will not counted. 

When the refund window passes we will approve the commissions to your account. After collecting Rs. 1000 in commissions are if agreed before that, we will send that to your bank, Easypaisa or Jazzcash through the details you have provided. 

If an entire month passes and you failed to get any clicks or sales then your account will be removed from the affiliate program by the end of the month, because there is a limited number of seats. 

Affiliate Referral Bonus Program

Want to earn more from our Affiliate Program? You can now earn store credit by referring new affiliates to our program. You don't need to do any work and you can make passive money off of the commissions earned by the person you recruited!  Remember there are a limited number of seats so not everyone will be accepted. Any lack of activity will also lead to termination of that account.

How it Works

If you are an existing affiliate, you can refer someone to become a new affiliate. Please make sure they fill out this form and put your referral code in, if they join the program without putting your code in 

When the affiliate you referred generates qualifying sales, you can earn store credit based on their affiliate commission.

Your Reward 

You will receive 20% of the finalized affiliate commission earned by each affiliate you personally refer. 

For example: 

• Referred affiliate generates PKR 2,000 in qualifying sales
• Their affiliate commission is PKR 200 (10%)
• Your referral reward is 20% of this PKR 200, which will be PKR 40. This will be added as store credit under your customer account on the website. 

Another example:

• Referred affiliates generates PKR 50,000 in qualifying sales
• Their affiliate commission is PKR 5,000
• Your referral reward is 20% of this PKR 5,000, which will give you PKR 1,000. This will be added as store credit under your customer account on the website.

Your reward is calculated from the affiliate's actual finalized commission, not from the total order value. 

When is a Referral Reward Earned?

Referral rewards are only earned when the referred affiliate generates genuine, qualifying sales.

Simply referring someone or having them sign up as an affiliate does not earn a reward. 

The sale must: 

• Be a genuine customer purchase
• Be successfully paid
• Be completed/delivered
• Not be cancelled or refunded 
• Not be a test order
• Not be made by the affiliate themselves
  

Any commission that is cancelled, refunded, reversed or otherwise determined to be invalid will not qualify for a referral reward. 

Referral Relationship

A referral must be registered before the new affiliate joins our Affiliate Program.

The person being referred must identify the existing affiliate who referred them using the referral process provided by us.

Once a referral relationship has been recorded, it cannot normally be changed after the affiliate has joined the program.

You cannot claim an affiliate as your referral after they have already joined the program.

One-Level Referral Program

You earn rewards only from affiliates that you personally refer. 

For example:

You-> Affilliate A -> Affiliate B

You may earn rewards from Affiliate A's qualifying sales, but you not earn rewards from Affiliate B's sales.

This program does not provide unlimited multi-level commissions.

Store Credit

Referral rewards are provided as store credit only. 

Store credit:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be withdrawn as a cash payment
• Cannot be transferred to another person
• May be subject to minimum purchase requirements or other restrictions applicable to store credit. 

Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to withhold, cancel or reverse referral rewards where we reasonably believe that an order, affiliate account or referral relationship has been created primarily to generate rewards rather than genuine sales. 

Examples of prohibited activity include:

• Self-referrals
• creating multiple affiliate accounts
• referring yourself through another person's account
• Using fake or duplicate customer accounts
• Placing orders and subsequently cancelling or refunding them
• Manipulating affiliate links, orders or commissions
• Any other activity intended to artificially generate affiliate or referral rewards

Referral rewards associated with fraudulent, cancelled, refunded or otherwise invalid transaction will not be paid.

Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Affiliate Referral Bonus Program at any time. 

Any changes will apply to future qualifying activity and will not affect rewards that have already been finalized, except where those rewards resulted from fraud, abuse, refunds, chargebacks, or other invalid activity.
